iPad questions? We’ve got answers!

We think Apple’s smallest iPad ever is a pretty big deal.   As the dust settles from Apple’s announcement today, we know you’ve got some questions about accessories for the new 4th Generation iPad and iPad mini. Here are some of the most common questions. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, hit us up in the comments! ^Mike

Q: Will any of your existing cases work with the iPad mini?

A: We think that some of our cases for 7″ tablets (like these guys) will fit pretty well, but we won’t know for sure until we get the iPad mini in our hands on November 2nd. We’ll also have lots of new cases for the iPad mini in the coming weeks.

Q: Will any of your existing cases for iPad work with the 4th generation iPad?

A: We expect our existing cases for iPad 2 and iPad 3rd generation will fit the 4th generation iPad just fine, but we’ll want to confirm that before we start sending them out. As soon as compatibility information is available, we’ll update that information here.

Q: How soon will cases be available?

A: We hope to have cases shipping within a few weeks of the new devices going on sale.

Q: Can I be notified when new cases are available?

A: Yes! You can receive updates and announcements by signing up here!

Q: Will any of your current chargers and other 30-pin devices work with the new iPads?

A: We think that most of our current products will work with the new devices when used in conjunction with the Lightning cable or Apple’s 30-pin-to-Lightning adapter. The only exception is our FM transmitters, which appear to only broadcast a mono signal when used with those adapters.

Q: Will you be making any new chargers, FM transmitters, and other devices with a Lightning connector for the new iPads?

A: We are currently working on lots of new products for the new iPads, iPods, and iPhone 5. Sign up here to be notified as soon as they’re available!
