Yeah too bad it doesn't work like you show – I have done exactly what you have shown and end up with air bubbles. I have tried the cloth once, a credit card once and a gizmo made for smoothing screen protectors on the screens of digital cameras. The first protector stuck to my ear when I was on the phone, the second slipped off in my pocket and the third one – I waiting for it to fall off cause it is full of air bubbles too.

I have gone through a pack of 3 of your screen protectors in 4 days. As far as I am concerned they don't work as you have advertised them. How about giving me my $25.00 back?

Thanks Dave, having gone through the package of all three of your protectors, I went into a different store and bought another brand – first one went on flawlessly. Sorry – I won't be buying your product again.

For someone who has never installed a screen protector before your instructions are inadequate. The tabs maybe different colors but are essentially both labelled the same, I couldn't understand why I needed two tabs. At first I didn't know if I the green film was the protector or if the clear sheet was – I know it now – but I didn't at first. Then after realizing it is a three layer product – it all came together. By then, I had botched it too often and it was all garbage.

Thanks for getting back to me and the offer of your support department.

I bought the Griffin screen protector matte finish and guess what? They look completely different from the box art. I'm returning them tomorrow to futureshop.

our support department? Please do, so we can get to the bottom of it.

    Hi,

I just bought a pack of three screen protectors at the cost of £10. I’m pretty shocked that the picture of the screen protectors on the front of the box doesn’t resemble the actual screen protectors – there is a fairly significant section missing from underneath the home button. We have pretty tight laws about this in the UK – it is called “false advertising”.

Secondly, I’m now onto my third protector as the first two had unremovable air bubbles and unfortunately the third one suffers with this as well although to less of an extent. I was fairly thorough in my preparation for putting these on

I have a griffin case which seems pretty high quality hence the reason I opted for Griffin Screen protectors but I’m afraid to say these are simply not worth the money or effort. They look bad and what you going to do if the area below the home button gets scratched???

Thanks, it was a packaging error that has been addressed and updated.
I’m sorry you had difficulty installing the screen protectors. They should function correctly.

Would you please contact our customer service department regarding this, so we can take care of you better.

Not good – I have used all 3 in 4 weeks! They move about over a period of days causing them to lift when they creep over the edge. This lets dirt and dust stick to the protector rendering it useless. I put it on correctly – no air bubbles to speak of but it still slid about. No impressed. Contacted support with my complaint. Waiting for a response.

this does not work on the ipad 2 for sure as it only has one tab to peel back.  I have tried this and cannot get the bubbles out and I have used screen protectors from other rands before.n  Just a tip if you use the plastic card you may scratch the matte screen for the ipad 2 so I tried puttign a cloth around the card…waaaay too much aggro for what its worth.

probably you did not install then correctly
the adhisive side should stick on the screen
mine stayed on and it has been 1 month now and nothing is wrong with it

  • Dave

I bought the screen care kit that came with 3 protector sleeves. I watched the instructional video (the only form of instructions) countless times, which makes it look quite simple, but it doesn’t work anywhere near as shown. The protector in the video had two masks while mine only have one, which adds to the confusion of the process. I tried precisely what the video showed with all three protectors using the items supplied, and other methods people have suggested, yet I cannot get a proper application. It’s impossible to apply a protector without dust adhering to it beforehand, and the air bubbles can not be pushed out at all. Sorry, I’m really disappointed with this product and I plan to return it.

    Hi Dave

Same problem as the Dave above, poor/incorrect instructions on packaging and oline videos are for 3 layer protector, not the obviously 2 layer that I have been sold. Tried to remove the 3rd layer but there wasnt one and I messed it up. The web address on packaging for instruction videos dead and had to hunt for them. I have used a 3 layer protector before with great results and lasted ages with hardly any scratches. A recent bad drop has prompted a new protector and on removal of the old one revealed a perfect screen. Thanks guys but the new protector has not been the same experience.

I bought a 3 pack of clear iphone 4 screen protectors yesterday and was surprised to see that they are not 3 layered anymore even though the packaging suggests this is still the case. Previously i had bought them and they went on perfectly when 3 layered.
Now however they don’t seem to go on very well and air bubbles form around the camera and home button and i don’t understand why they are just 2 layered now in the uk.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble Simon. I’m certain that out customer service team can help you with this.

It gets very annoying that i used all 5 screen protectors and took the advice and still had air bubbles >:(

  • OHSNAPOHSNAP

I don’t think you should peel the first tap entirely before start installing, especially when the sticky side is facing the top.
