I’m having some trouble updating the firmware on my StudioConnect. Help!
If you’re having trouble updating the firmware on your StudioConnect, you may need to do a soft reset. With the iPad plugged into the StudioConnect, press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. Keep on holding. The screen should go blank. Continue to hold both buttons. As you continue holding, the Apple logo will appear. You can now release the buttons.
Now try the firmware update again using the Griffin Utility app. You should now be able to complete the firmware update successfully.
