I can't operate my touchscreen while underwater!

It is not possible to operate the iPhone touchscreen underwater due to the capacitive nature of the iPhone. Because water conducts electricity, the iPhone may not know when you're touching the screen while it's underwater. While you can't access the camera app underwater, you can access the app when you're out of the water. Then, you can use the volume up button to take photos and videos.
