My Rally car will not connect to my device.
Make sure your car is fully charged. A proper connection is in place when the Bluetooth status indicator in the app is light blue. Also, make sure the car is within Bluetooth range, approximately 20-30 feet. If you continue to have issues, contact Griffin support at 800-208-5996. Our hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central time Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays.
