One Year Warranty
Vinci Brands warrants the following products with a ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty"): Power Banks, Phone Protection, Tablet Protection, Screen Protection, Audio, Docks, Stands, Styluses, Keyboards, and Internet Connectivity. This Warranty only covers defective parts, defective manufacture, faulty workmanship and failure to perform as intended. This Warranty covers replacement of the same or similar product of equal value, solely at Vinci Brands' discretion. This Warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This Warranty does not cover any damage to any non-Vinci Brands product used in connection with a Vinci Brands product. This Warranty does not apply to, or cover any damage due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration. Griffin’s liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Warranty replaces any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this Warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Vinci Brands.
Guaranteed for Life Warranty
Vinci Brands warrants the following products with a Guaranteed for Life Warranty (“Limited Lifetime Warranty”): Wall Chargers, Car Chargers, Wireless Chargers and Cables. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is for the life of the product covered by the warranty. Over time products are subject to normal wear and tear and may become obsolete due to advances in technology, therefore, this Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Vinci Brands product used in connection with a Vinci Brands product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other individual. Considering the foregoing, Vinci Brands has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty to be five (5) years from the original date of purchase of the product from an authorized reseller. During the time the Limited Lifetime Warranty is in effect, Vinci Brands warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. Vinci Brands will replace a product if the product does not perform as intended due to defective parts or workmanship. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not extend to instances where the product is damaged through use for which it was not intended, such as misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration. In no event shall Vinci Brands be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if Vinci Brands has been advised of the possibility thereof. Vinci Brands' liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Conditions of Warranty
In order to be eligible for the Vinci Brands Guaranteed for Life Warranty you must register your product within sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase. Register your product here.
Products purchased from an authorized reseller must be returned to the original place of purchase with the proof of purchase. Warranties for Products purchased from griffintechnology.com must be processed through Vinci Brands Customer Support at support@griffintechnology.com.
Replacement Product
- Vinci Brands' One Year Limited Warranty is covered by a warranty for one year from the time of replacement.
- Vinci Brands' Guaranteed For Life Warranty is only covered by a similar Guaranteed For Life Warranty, if and only if, the product being replaced was registered.
All Vinci Brands warranties are non-transferrable.
Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
30 Day Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase made on griffintechnology.com, Vinci Brands honors a thirty (30) day return policy. Product must be returned in its original packaging with the proof of purchase to Vinci Brands Technology Technical Support. A refund of the purchase price of the product will be provided (some exclusions may apply).
