We at Griffin will always do our best to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We offer different levels of warranty, depending on the product you purchased, and how its packaging is marked. Depending on where you live, your rights and protections under our warranties may vary.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your Griffin product, or have simply changed your mind about a purchase from the webstore at griffintechnology.com, we may be able to set up a return for you. Returns for refunds are available for purchases made directly from Griffin Technology's website for 30 days after the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the card you used during your original purchase.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You can request an RMA, or find out if you are eligible for a return, by contacting our Consumer Support team.

You must have an RMA number for your return to be processed. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

For marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Jet, etc.) returns, please email marketplacesupport@griffintechnology.com or contact us through the marketplace.

One-Year Warranty

Griffin Technology "Griffin" warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. Griffin will repair or replace its product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident or tampering. In no event shall Griffin be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if Griffin has been advised of the possibility thereof. Griffin's liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Griffin product used in connection with this product. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon Griffin.

Conditions of Warranty:

  1. The consumer must retain proof of purchase for the warranty period.
  2. The warranty period is valid from the original date of purchase of the product.
  3. This warranty extends only to the defects in material or workmanship occurring under normal use of the product.
  4. The consumer must return the good, original packaging (if reasonably feasible) and proof of purchase to make a claim against this warranty. Griffin may elect to have the purchaser dispose of the product to save the cost of shipping, provided the purchaser has contacted Griffin Technology Support with the information provided in the clause II of the "Procedure for Claims" section. If the replacement product is supplied, it is warranted for the remainder of the warranty period, from the original date of purchase.
  5. The product packaging bears Griffin's Warranty Logo and was purchased directly from Griffin's website or an authorized retailer.

This Warranty does not cover:

  1. Goods that are damaged as a result of misuse by the consumer.
  2. Goods that are damaged as a result of other third party products.
  3. Any misrepresentations given that are not covered in this warranty.

Procedure for Claims:

  1. The consumer must return the goods as per the requirements as stated in 'Conditions of Warranty' section D

Griffin will repair or replace its product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. Australian Warranty Info

For products sold where the Australian Consumer Law is applicable.

Griffin Technology provides its Accessory range of products with a 1 year back to base warranty.

'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to the failure.'

The warranty offered is in addition to other rights and remedies offered under consumer law.

The conditions contained in this warranty are applicable to purchases made within Australia only and override any international warranty offered by the manufacturer. Purchase outside of Australia are not supported by this warranty. Any false representation of these conditions either verbal or written from the place of purchase will not be deemed binding.

Conditions of Warranty:

  1. The consumer must retain proof of purchase for the warranty period.
  2. The warranty period is valid from the original date of purchase of the product.

  4. The warranty is a 'Back to Base' warranty meaning all cost for returning the product to either the place of purchase or Griffin Technology are the responsibility of the purchaser. Griffin may elect to have the purchaser dispose of the product to save the cost of shipping, provided the purchaser has contacted Griffin Technology Support with the information provided in the clause B of the "Procedure for Claims" section.
  5. The consumer must return the good, original packaging (if reasonably feasible) and proof of purchase to make a claim against this warranty.
  6. If the replacement product is supplied, it is warranted for the remainder of the warranty period, from the original date of purchase.
  7. The product packaging bears Griffin’s Warranty Logo and was purchased directly from Griffin’s website or an authorized retailer.
